Principles of our project management / Code of Conduct
1. "Zero tolerance" for fraud and corruption
We do not tolerate fraud or corruption under any circumstances during the entire project execution. Please address complaints of fraud or corruption directly to our management. All complaints will be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with the applicable investigation procedures and anti-fraud policy.
2. Good project results due to occupational safety and health and safety/hygiene
Good working conditions and appropriate codes of conduct are important for the safe achievement of the project objectives through fair and non-discriminatory dealings at all levels of investment project management, especially management, project management, planners and workers on the construction site. Particular attention must be paid to compliance with equal treatment, core labour standards, the international labour organisation and national labour law as well as occupational health and safety and hygiene regulations.
3. Environmental and social impacts
We support our clients during the entire project implementation phase to manage the environmental and social impacts in accordance with the precautionary principle. To this end, we offer effective systems for environmental and social management in which stakeholder management is integrated as an important service component.
4. Implementation of environmental protection measures
We support our customers with the conception of the necessary process technologies that contribute to the efficient reduction or avoidance of environmental pollution according to the internationally recognized rules of technology with the best available processes..
5. Climate protection, biodiversity and ecosystems
We support our customers in establishing specific internal standards for the protection and preservation of the climate and biodiversity at all levels. This applies to all habitats (in the water and on land) regardless of whether damage already exists and whether they are under protection. The standards focus on the greatest threats, including to the climate, and are intended to promote the sustainable use of renewable resources. They aim at a fair distribution of the benefits generated by the consumption of natural resources in the project.
